Keeping in line with expectations demand for low to mid-priced condominiums will remain strong in Bangkok, residential real estate developer Top Line Living Co., Ltd, has launched ‘The Clover Thonglor’, a low-rise condominium project on a 6.5-rai plot.
Located in Soi Thonglor 18, Sukhumvit 55, the project consists of five nine-storey buildings, comprised of 590 one and two bedroom units ranging in size from 35 to 70 square meters. The price of the units start at Bt2 million baht and facilities include a free-form pool, fitness center and a public area with gardens.
The total value of the project is over Bt2 million, and Aquarius Estate Co., Ltd, has been assigned to manage the development. At the time of press, 40 per cent of the first phase had already been sold, and the company plans to close sales on phase one within a month.

Construction on The Clover will start in May and it is expected to take two years to complete.
